Jennifer Cooper
Owner and Manager

Jennifer Cooper has been a stylist in the salon industry for 27 years, she has a passion and love for hair and helping her customers achieve their goals. She has always believed in continuing salon education at every stage in her career. She’s traveled the country,and to Europe taking education courses in cutting,color,highlighting and is trained in Paul Michell and Vidal Sassoon cutting,and has trained extensively with Kevin Murphy in with Hair color and Blonding techniques.

She endeavors to make each encounter with her customers personal,and strives to take what they tell her and give a hairstyle that best suits their lifestyle and hair goals.

Haydee Buckman
Hairstylist

Hairstylist Haydee Buckman has over 30 years of experience in the industry and she uses that knowledge to help her clients. She adores her clients and thinks of them as a second family.

Her infectious smile and upbeat personality is the perfect fit for Glitter and it rubs off on everyone she meets!

Aimee Hose
Hairstylist

Hairstylist Aimee Hose has over 28 yrs experience in the hair industry, for over 20 years of that time she worked at Regis Salon, here in Martinsburg.

Aimee specializes in Haircutting, Perms, and Formal Styling. She also offers specialized hair treatments as well as facial waxing. Aimee says “I love the atmosphere Glitter provides for both its customers and stylists. The atmosphere is very elegant and peaceful, and I am able to give each client the personalized experience they deserve!”

Donna Ducharme
Hairstylist

With over 35 years of experience in the beauty industry, and continuous professional development through more than 150 educational courses, Donna specializes in corrective colors and natural-looking highlights. Her career journey has been both dynamic and fulfilling, both working as a stylist behind the chair and serving as a general manager of a salon and day spa in her previous job. She had the opportunity to coach, inspire, and train a team of 40 dedicated employees. She says she feels blessed to have transformed her passion into a rewarding lifelong career.

Ava Johnson
Blogger/Assistant Stylist

Ava Johnson is Glitters bubbly and energetic salon assistant,receptionist, and social media manager, she writes the blog here on our website. Ava has worked at Glitter for 5 years,and is enrolling to begin her training this winter to prepare for her new position as Hairstylist at Glitter next year.

Ava is very passionate about hair artistry and the salon industry. She is currently training with the salon provided classes for the Kevin Murphy Products and haircolor that we recommend and use. We are excited to see the great things to come with Ava so stay tuned!
